1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PROTECTUS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
PROTECTUS provides bot detection and click fraud protection services. We analyze visitor traffic to identify and block fraudulent clicks on your advertisements. Our service operates through an API that integrates with your website or application.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed in USDT cryptocurrency. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
5. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime for Professional plans and 99.99% for Enterprise plans. Downtime is measured monthly. Credits will be issued for downtime exceeding SLA commitments, calculated as a percentage of monthly fees.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software. You may not resell or redistribute our services without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PROTECTUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
